Nationally touring comedian Josh Sneed is bringing his acclaimed stand-up comedy to the historic Modesto State Theatre for an unforgettable evening of laughs — all for a great cause. This special comedy night is a fundraiser benefiting the Modesto Rotary Club Foundation, with tickets open to the public.
Known for his clean, smart, and relatable comedy, Sneed delivers high-energy performances that appeal to a wide range of audiences without relying on crude or explicit material, making this event ideal for community members looking for a night of laughs they can feel good about.
Sneed is a nationally recognized comedian with appearances on Comedy Central, including his own comedy special, and a standout run on Last Comic Standing. He is also one of the most-played comedy artists on SiriusXM radio, where his material continues to reach audiences nationwide.
His Dry Bar Comedy special, “Josh Sneed: Live in the Dessert,” released in 2018, has been viewed more than 60 million times, solidifying his reputation as a fan favorite. Sneed has performed at some of the world’s most prestigious comedy festivals, including the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and the Aspen Comedy Festival, and was selected by Comedy Central to perform in their inaugural South Beach Comedy Festival.
Sneed finished 2nd out of 100 comedians in Comedy Central’s Annual Stand-Up Showdown Competition and released an album on Comedy Central Records titled “Unacceptable,” which was named one of iTunes’ Top 10 Comedy Albums of the Year. His follow-up album, “Unsung Hero,” debuted at the top of the iTunes comedy chart.
Throughout his career, Sneed has shared the stage with comedy greats including Dave Chappelle, Bill Burr, Jim Gaffigan, Ron White, and Kevin Hart. He is a regular headliner at comedy clubs across the country and a sought-after performer for private and corporate events.
